Order & Payment
Your products are shipped the day after your order (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will therefore receive within 48 hours of your order a shipping confirmation email containing a delivery tracking link. If you do not receive this confirmation email within 72 hours, we invite you to contact us at info@t-nb.com
Have you made a mistake in your order or have you simply changed your mind? Send us an email quickly at info@t-nb.com . We will cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. If it is in the process of being shipped, you will have 15 days to return it to us free of charge upon receipt of the package.
Deliveries
The delivery time for an order is on average 5 to 10 working days (preparation + shipping + delivery)
When your product is shipped, you will receive an email with the order confirmation.
The carrier is Colissimo, Domicile. French national distributor.
Delivery is possible to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Spain, Estonia, Italy, Luxembourg, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland (Eire), Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Serbia.
Returns, Exchanges, Refunds and Warranty
At T'nb, you have 15 days to return your products to us free of charge and obtain a refund (excluding delivery costs), request an exchange or a credit.
To validate your return, the products must be returned to us in their original condition, with the label and the contents of the pack.
Reimbursement will be made within 15 days of receipt of the product in our warehouse. It will be automatically applied to the account associated with the bank card used during the purchase.
1. Go to the "Returns" area of "My Account". Click on "New return request" then follow the instructions.
2. Prepare your return package. Place the item(s) to be returned in the box of your choice along with the return slip. Stick the prepaid return label on it.
3. Drop off the package at one of the post offices or Colissimo relay points, within 15 days of the date of receipt of your order.
From Metropolitan France, returns are free.
Contact our customer service by email at info@t-nb.com specifying your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the pre-paid return label.

You must click on "Professionals" in the main menu of the home page then click on "Request for account creation" and fill in the requested information. Your request will be submitted for validation by our services within 3 to 5 days.
