Pardon me, but my French is less than optimal, so I'm going to write this in English.
The product is excellent. The parcel service was OK, but there is an objection: when the parcel gets to its destination, my home, they should have sent me a message. What happened was that they delivered the box to my neighbor without sending me any notice. That procedure is a bit dangerous and I don't like it. Please review your protocols.
